What we can automate

How we evaluate a pilot
We agree on a set of representative examples and compare the pilot with the current process. We can measure time saved, correction rates and what happens when the system is unsure. The review identifies exceptions that still need a person and where to log or limit automated actions.
When this is useful
A team receiving requests by email might test a tool that suggests a category and drafts a reply. Staff approve or edit the draft before it goes out. The team can compare handling time and the amount of correction required before deciding whether to expand it.
